If you're in Ahmedabad, you have three faster options:

  1. Visit & shop in-person — come to our Ahmedabad space, browse, and check out on the spot. Walk out with your order.
  2. Order & pickup same day — place your order online, it's ready in 2 hours, you collect from our space. FREE.
  3. Porter same-day delivery — add a note at checkout saying "Send via Porter." We dispatch same day, you receive in 3–5 hours. Porter charges are paid directly to the delivery partner on arrival.

📸See before it ships — packing photo guarantee

Every DORYD order includes this: before we dispatch your package, we photograph the packed order and send it to you on WhatsApp at +91 85112 28806. You see exactly what's inside before it leaves our space.

This is something unique to DORYD. Most D2C brands in India don't do this. We do, because we believe trust is earned — not promised.

⚠️ Important: The packing photo is for preview only — to reassure you about what's being sent. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the photo is shared and dispatch is confirmed. Think of it as confirmation, not a cancellation window.

🚚Delivery partners

We ship pan-India via Delhivery Express, one of India's most reliable delivery partners. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

We deliver to most serviceable pincodes in India. If your pincode isn't serviceable, you'll see a note at checkout before payment.

💳Payment methods

We accept:

  • Prepaid (UPI, Cards, Wallets, NetBanking) — save ₹49, fastest dispatch
  • Partial Payment via GoKwik — pay ₹99 online now, rest on delivery

We don't offer full COD at this time. Partial payment ensures serious buyers while still giving you cash-on-delivery flexibility.

📦Delayed or missed deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the promised delivery date, please WhatsApp us at +91 85112 28806 with your order number. We'll trace it and update you within a few hours.

If the courier marks your order "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a complaint with the courier. After 48 hours, we cannot raise delivery disputes.

⏰ Public holidays and strikes: Delivery times may extend during festivals (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) or courier strikes. We'll always communicate delays proactively via WhatsApp or email.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
