🚀How to cancel before dispatch

  1. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 85112 28806 with your order number
  2. Include "Cancel Order #XXXXXX" in your message
  3. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it immediately
  4. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

⚡We dispatch FAST- within 24 hours of order. Once it's with the courier, we can't cancel. Please WhatsApp us quickly if you need to cancel.

📸About our packing photo: We send a packing photo on WhatsApp before every dispatch — this is for trust and transparency. Receiving the photo does not mean you can cancel at that point. By the time you see the photo, your order is confirmed for dispatch.

💳Refund timing

Refunds follow this timeline:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days (bank-dependent)
  • NetBanking: 3–5 business days
  • Partial Payment (GoKwik): Only ₹99 upfront is refunded (no COD was collected)

Refund delays beyond 7 days are usually bank-side issues. If you're waiting longer, WhatsApp us with your bank name and we'll help trace it.

🚫Orders we may cancel (rarely)

In very rare cases, DORYD may cancel your order due to:

  • Product unexpectedly out of stock (we'll always try to substitute first)
  • Pincode becoming unserviceable (courier issues)
  • Fraudulent order patterns detected
  • Payment verification failure

If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full within 2 business days and notify you via WhatsApp and email.

📍Ahmedabad pickup/visit orders

For Ahmedabad "Order & Pickup" orders not collected within 7 days of "ready for pickup" notification, we'll cancel automatically and refund. Storage space is limited — please collect within the window.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
